The £99 service fee covers only our consultation and support services. The following costs are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the client:
- UCAS or university direct application fees
- Tuition fees, deposits, and any university-related payments
- UK Visa and Immigration (UKVI) application fees
- Immigration Health Surcharge payments
- Travel, accommodation, and living expenses
- Third-party services or legal fees beyond our provided guidance
All tuition and university payments are made directly by the client to the relevant university or authority. LSOE does not collect or hold tuition funds on behalf of any institution.
Risk-Free Promise
If no work has begun within 7 days of payment, a full refund may be issued at our discretion. Once application support and document review work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

LSOE provides guidance, preparation, and administrative support only.
- We do not guarantee university offers, admission decisions, CAS issuance, or visa application outcomes.
- Admission decisions are made independently by universities; visa and immigration decisions are made by the UK Home Office.
- Our service does not constitute legal representation or regulated immigration advice. Visa guidance is general guidance only — final decisions rest entirely with official authorities.
Important Notes
University application fees, tuition fees, visa application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, accommodation costs, and any third-party charges are not included in this service fee.
All services are based on the university applications selected by the client. We do not guarantee successful visa outcomes or CAS interview results.
Our role is to provide professional consultation, research support and assistance with submitting applications. All tuition and related fees are paid directly by the client to the relevant university.

1Scope of Service
London School of Excellence (LSOE) provides professional consultation, university application guidance, document review, and advisory support to students applying for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programmes at UK universities. LSOE is registered in England and Wales, and support is aligned with UK working hours, standards, and institutional timelines.

3Service Delivery & Location
Our team operates from the United Kingdom and other countries. All live sessions, consultations, and priority communications are scheduled to match UK business hours. This ensures you receive:
- Up-to-date UK admissions information and policy guidance
- Timely responses aligned with university and UKVI working times
- Students have the right to apply to up to six universities. While our counselors actively promote our partner institutions, we fully support students who choose non-partner universities. In these cases, counselors will research the specific entry criteria and guide the student through the application process
- Directly relevant, UK-standard advice and support
Clients outside the UK are responsible for converting UK times to their local time zone when booking sessions.

6Booking Sessions & Session Rules
- All 5 Live Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, subject to advisor availability.
- Sessions are delivered in UK time (GMT/BST).
- Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice will be counted as used.
- Unused sessions expire 100 days from payment and cannot be carried forward, extended, or refunded.
- Sessions are conducted in English during UK business hours.
7Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information and documentation
- Respond promptly to requests for information to meet application deadlines
- Review all documents and applications before submission — final confirmation and responsibility rest with the client
- Comply with all university, UKVI deadlines, requirements, and regulations

LSOE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be made available at the point of booking.

What costs will I need to pay separately?

Do you guarantee university offers or visa success?
No. We provide expert guidance and help you submit your strongest possible application — but admission decisions are made independently by universities, and visa decisions by the UK Home Office. We cannot guarantee outcomes.
